2026 Specials
Green Season Special: Pay 2 stay 3 – applicable to all bookings travelling between 1 December 2025 – 31 march 2026 & 1 December 2026 – 31 March 2027.
Includes: unlimited safari activities, full day Chobe excursion including river cruise, night drives, guided safari walks, mokoro trips (water levels permitting) village trip; and all meals, all drinks, park fees, transfers to & from Kasane airport, laundry and government tax. Excludes: additional transfers, items of a personal nature, Rates are quoted per person per night – in US Dollars Rates are subject to change without notice eg- park fees, government taxes National Park fees are included in the rate but stated on invoice on a per day basis for recording purposes. Transfers
• Kasane Airport – Muchenje: Complimentary
• Victoria Falls/Livingstone/Katima: US$ 80 per person one way (minimum of 2)
• Kasane Town (jetty immigration) : US$ 25 per person one way
• Zimbabwe or Zambia border: US$ 40 per person one way
Private Vehicle
• Private Vehicle & Guide (FIT or Families): US$ 500 per day (nights booked)
• For Families 4 pax or less – Low & Mid Season: US$ 225 per day

Child Policy
Children 8 years and older are welcome. Children under 8 on request in Low Season.
Families with children between 8 – 12 years old will need to book a private vehicle for their safari.
Cost for Private Family Vehicle
High season: $450 per 24 hours
Mid & Low Season $225 per 24 hrs
Minimum age for walking and mokoro is 12 yrs and is at the discretion of the management and guide.
One family at any one time only – only 2 triples in standard rooms permitted at any time
Family Room
There is one family room at Muchenje – please enquire for its availability.
Maximum 4 adults
Each child between 8 – 12 yrs pays 50% of the adult rate.
Children 13 yrs plus pay full adult rate
Standard Rooms
There are 11x standard rooms
Maximum 2 adults and 1 child up to 16 yrs old
Child up to 12 yrs pays 50% of the rate when sharing with adult
Child over 13 yrs plus pays full adult rate
Cancellation Policy
• 20% non-refundable deposit on confirmation
• Less than 60 days: 50%
• Less than 30 days: 100%

A minimum of 2 nights for all bookings will be necessary during high season only.
All bookings to be confirmed with a 20% deposit. Full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
